Bill Kasper, an artist who has worked in pen and ink, oils, glass, metals, bronze and stone for more than 40 years, today concentrates his time creating one-of-a-kind sculpture and jewelry.
Having learned the skill of glassblowing at the Philadelphia College of Art, Bill has perfected these skills at California’s Palomar Community College. Today, Bill devotes his creative energies to creating in his home studio in Laguna Woods, CA.
